Master bedroom with OCEAN VIEW including 2 glass slide doors out to Lanai. In-Suite vanity and bathing area. With Wall A/C unit and Ceiling Fan.
Second bedroom has queen bed also with Wall A/C unit and Ceiling Fan.
Excellent cross breeze of Mountain and Ocean makes it so wonderful and tropical feeling.

Our family of six had a great time here. Kitchen was stocked with pans, utensils,lots of plates and bowls. Large refrigerator, dishwasher and range with oven. Elegant countertop to sit by and enjoy meals. The package of ground Kona coffee was greatly appreciated! We got some of our own supplies like olive oil, some spices, more Kona coffee, and laundry detergent. The two bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. A stairway to the loft leads to two twin beds also very comfortable. The two full bathrooms downstairs and powder room in the loft all were very nice and had enough towels, soap and shampoo. The living area leads to a balcony where we could sit, look out over the golf course, gaze on the blue ocean beyond and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Host is easy to get in touch with as when I had to ask about a rental agreement I had to sign and return via email, that surprised me.Some construction was also going on behind the apartments during the Friday we were there, which was a bit noisy but we were out most of the day. Then the weekend came so not much of a bother. Both bedrooms have A/C. The loft does not but we felt it was cool enough mid June and we were fine with the many fans everywhere. Overall a great stay! Mahalo.

Very nice condo with an amazing view of the ocean over a golf course. AC is only in 2 downstairs bedrooms but overall comfortable the rest of the apartment.

The condo was just like it was described minus the birds singing at night (in the front room, you really hear it) but other than that, I loved that there was coffee and coffee filters and basic kitchen provided. And the communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning for upstairs is essential. Its impossible to sleep up there. Unit was a good size and outlook was great. Pool toys are a great extra
