About this house rental
Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Great stay! The place was clean and the AC worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the New Orleans heat. We especially loved the balcony for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Right below is the Ruby Slipper, which made breakfast and brunch super easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
