This Executive Class Home is nestled in Swansea Point, Mara Lake. The property is surrounded by mature trees, lovely landscaping and backs onto the Hummingbird Creek, creating a picturesque and private backyard oasis.
The backyard features a large deck with patio seating for 6, fire pit, HOT TUB and outdoor play house! The front porch also has a dining table for 6 and additional cozy spaces to sit and relax.
Come inside to a bright, open kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home, offers a sit up island bar and dining area. RELAX and curl up on the couch in front of the wood burning fire place while you watch movies on the 60" Apple TV!
The large Master Bedroom is fit for a KING and has a full on suite bathroom.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with French doors out to the patio.
The third bedroom offers a queen bed..
Workspace for those working while travelling; includes desk, chair.

We wanted to stay with our family of 6 adults for the week before our grand baby is born. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Very close to the lake and was perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. Love this property may book for next year. Absolutely no complaints! 10/10

The property was exactly as listed. We were looking for a place for our girls getaway where we could just hole up for a few days and relax. This was the perfect place for that :) so perfect we already booked again to go next year!
