Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside/WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A), this charming coastal vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home! Located on the south side of 30A!

Pack n' play is there for guests' use. An air mattress can be provided upon request.
*We also manage two other homes next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! They are Eastern Hideaway (277 Eastern Lake- 5 bedrooms) and The Jackpot (49 Brown St- 7 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

There is parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
-Pet Friendly upon approval. A 40-pound weight limit applies, though exceptions may be considered. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed/size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.

Property was perfect in every way. Clean and well stocked. Updated everything. Convenient location. The finishes were nice and comfortable. Spacious and a great set up in terms of layout. Kids down. Adults up. The LSV made getting to the beach easier with all the chairs, coolers etc. A perfect getaway.

The beach access is a challenge-one access point requires walking through hip high brown water. The other access was a far walk and there was no bike or golf cart parking anywhere close. Had we understood the beach access we likely would have stayed somewhere else. The house is nice, and the LSV and bikes were great

This is the input I shared already with Southern Homes via text. They always responded to my texts, but lacked follow up. This included them saying they would call after I shared this with them over a week ago and no call. First the positives: the decor and unit was very nice. The kitchen was large and nicely updated and stocked. (Except no pods for dishwasher or laundry even though running both was a check out requirement). We found the beds comfy but bathrooms relatively small, although nicely renovated. Pool was clean. The big problem: The lower level (den, king bedroom and twin bedroom) had 3 individual mini split A/C units while the upstairs had central A/C. The screeching sounds of all the first floor mini splits was loud and miserable. We reported within 2 hours of checking in when we couldn’t get them to stop. Again, quick response to my text but nothing happened. I texted the 2nd day. I texted the 3rd day. I texted the 4th day. A man finally came on day 4 and looked but didn’t fix. We left the 5th day. It was awful. Needed to have instructions on how to run the LSV golf cart. Needed to have consistent check out instructions in the two books in the unit. Sadly, the A/C screeching sounds made this one of the most difficult stays we've ever encountered. We reported it upon our arrival on Monday night and maintenance finally showed up on Thursday, only after we texted each and every day. He didn't do anything to fix them, though.
