Charlie's: Remodeled 2BR End Suite, Wraparound Deck, Gondola, Pool + Hot Tubs
Stay in a privately owned luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath residential suite inside a riverfront resort with direct gondola access to Beaver Creek Mountain. This unique curved end-unit residence in the east wing features a large wraparound deck, a wall of windows, and a setting where you can crack the windows and hear the Eagle River.
The entire condo was professionally remodeled in November 2024 with $120,000 in renovations, including new carpet, beds, tile, blinds, appliances, flooring, and furniture.
All residences within the resort are individually owned. This suite has been taken out of the resort's rental program and is privately managed, avoiding the resort's 65% management fee and allowing those savings to be passed along to guests. Please note that we are not permitted to use the resort's brand name in our advertising.
ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES
Please note that the following mandatory fees are charged separately by the resort and are not included in your condo reservation:
Resort Fee: $100/night
Valet or Self-Parking: $55/night
Booking Fee: $75/stay, one time
The Westin, Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, and other 4- and 5-star resorts throughout Vail and Beaver Creek commonly charge separate resort fees for access to their extensive onsite amenities and services.
These fees are paid directly to the resort front desk. We are not permitted to collect the resort's fees on its behalf.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was great, comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location, which made everything very easy during our trip.Everything was exactly as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would absolutely love to come back.Thank you for a great stay!

The condo is very nice and met our needs. But I don't know how I screwed up reserving it (I wanted three bedrooms but somehow ended up only reserving 2 bedrooms. I KNOW i responded to a screen that said 3br when I placed the reservation. So, that was an unpleasant realization soon before actually moving in to the condo. Secondly, I was disappointed to learn that there was no daily housekeeping with this condo. Reed showed me that this is clearly stated on the website, so it is my oversight. But, i don't understand how/why you'd rent a condo in a property like this (which attracts a more discerning customer) and NOT offer housekeeping when you're there for 4 nights. We had to wash our bath towels in the washer/dryer ourselves. And while I admit this is a "first world problem", I don't experience this in many of the other 5-star properties I have stayed at in the Beaver Creek resort area.

Excellent stay with better service from our host. Property is excellent and the units are top notch. You can tell the owner has kept this place up to date and to the brand standards. Will be next soon
