This spacious (1022 sqft) and colorful apartment will make you feel just like home.
The big living room is bright, integrates the kitchen and dining room nicely into one simple, modern space that’s perfect for entertaining guests. Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen and prepare a meal to enjoy in the dining area or living room. The en-suite master bedroom is elegant and inviting with a king-size bed.
The laundry room is fully equipped.
The building itself offers incredible amenities with 2 social areas, with a rooftop pool, game room, kid's playground, gym, sauna, and is located in one of the most animated areas of the city. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, you'll be happy to learn that Le Parc offers one of the best locations in Costa del Este.

Shopping options in Costa del Este include small malls or plazas like Atrio Mall (also home to a movie theater) and the Town Center. The city’s most popular mall, Multiplaza, is just five miles away in San Francisco area.
