Main House
The main house features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Its open layout also provides plenty of space to gather together or find a quiet spot to unwind.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• Primary suite: A new king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a double vanity, full-size tub, and shower.
• Second bedroom: A queen-size bed, large closet, and TV.
• Third bedroom: A double bed, large closet, and TV.
• Shared bathroom: A full-size bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, built-in seat, and large vanity and sink.
Living and Gathering Spaces
The expansive family room includes a large TV, sofa, and loveseat. With its open floor plan, guests can enjoy time together whether sharing a meal, watching a favorite show, or playing games around the table.
Double doors open from the family room into a sunroom at the back of the house—a peaceful place to read, relax, or enjoy quiet time.
Kitchen and Conveniences
Located just off the dining area, the kitchen is equipped with a new 26-inch stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, a new stainless-steel stove, and the cooking utensils needed to prepare meals. A cozy breakfast nook provides a welcoming spot for early risers to enjoy their morning coffee.
Nearby, you will find a large laundry room and a convenient half bathroom directly across the hall.
Private Studio Suite
Accessible from the garage entry area and through its own private front entrance, the studio in-law suite provides additional flexible sleeping space. It includes:
• A queen-size bed
• A loveseat and TV
• A microwave and compact refrigerator
• A separate room with twin bunk beds and a TV
• A spacious bathroom with a double vanity, two sinks, a tub, and a shower

Beach Sanctuary is also conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach. Popular restaurants and beach bars are only minutes away on Scenic Gulf Drive. Just 4 minutes to the east you will find Baytown Wharf which has fun for the children and Golf, restaurants, clothing stores and even a movie theater.
Gulf Pines neighborhood offers a private retreat from the world with over 1000 feet of private beach for homeowners and guests.
So after all the fun at the world's most beautiful beach, kick back at the patio around the grill while enjoying the wonderful pool. You will be sure to love your stay at Beach Sanctuary!
