About this house rental
Located on a peaceful hillside overlooking the settlement's harbourside and its beautiful turquoise waters, Toad Hall is part of a collection of eight beautifully restored nineteenth-century properties.
The space
This cottage features a spacious living room with elegant contemporary and antique furnishings, including a grand piano.
The fully equipped kitchen features all mod-cons, including a built-in gas cook-top, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area has seating for four at an antique mahogany table. There is also a powder room on this level.
The ground floor porch is a serene and pleasant spot to relax, surrounded by manicured gardens and direct access to the shared pool deck.
Upstairs hosts the large master bedroom, with a king-size bed, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. A small outside deck offers extensive ocean and sunset views, with seating for two.
This cottage is situated on Squires Estate and surrounded by a lush garden which is home to many fruit trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, aloe and coconut palms.
Amenities include flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, wireless internet (WiFi), complimentary toiletries, and off-street parking.

This was the sweetest place to stay for our 20th anniversary. A very spacious cottage for just two people. We utilizeded the kitchen daily and enjoyed sitting outside on the upstairs balcony for our breakfast while the birds chirped and flew about in the trees. The location in the heart of Governor's Harbor was also very nice. We could walk down to Bucaneers for dinner or cockatils and even down to the Fish Fry on Fridays. Patrick was extremely responsive with our needs and the crew took excellent car of the grounds. We could not be happier with our choice to stay here!

The entire stay was magical - from the very clean space, to the prompt responsiveness of our host; we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A magical spot! Charming cottage - Immaculate. Thoughtful things included for arrival, fresh bread, chilled bottle of wine, 5 gal bottle of drinking water, coffee, tea etc. Everything felt brand new, linens etc. Very comfortable bed. Joy, Dom and Patrick were wonderful! Would certainly recommend this spot.
