About this house rental
Beautiful year-round waterfront house on the Owasco Outlet. 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house. Very peaceful setting. Perfect spot for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Two kayaks also available for use. Take a short kayak trip out to the sandbar in the lake or rent/bring your own boat. Close to Emerson Park ( .5 miles), Springside Inn (1.5 miles), Chantelle Marie (3 miles). Nice clear, calm water to dock a boat. Huge backyard for yard games and relaxing. Relax at night by the waterfront with a bonfire and marshmallows. Central air conditioning. Close to all the amenities in Auburn for shopping and necessities.

Has birds going in and out of attic of house though fascia boards at times they would get loud chirping and flying in attic.

Older house with character and ample space. Would have been nice to have luggage racks in the bedrooms to set our bags on. We would stay here again
