The home is maintained year round by a 5-star property management company, RPM, who are located down the street and they have emergency 24-hour, 7 days a week availability for guests. RPM is also a concierge for guests staying at the property, helping to coordinate and arrange anything you might need to make your stay exceptional. Some examples include but are not limited to airport transfers and transportation, excursions/tours, highchairs and PacknPlays, restaurant reservations, family pictures, bicycle and golf cart rental, cooking classes, or even a private chef to leverage that kitchen & grill. RPM’s real value is that the people who make up RMP are just excellent by any measure. We trust them with our home, and you can trust them with your stay.

Location, location, location! This villa is a fabulous home base both for families or couples looking for more than just a hotel. Its unique location gives you the ability to cross the street and be on the soft tan sands of the less traveled Langosta beach - which continues uninterrupted for miles to the south - or to walk a block or two to some of the best restaurants and hangouts in the area. At just 0.9 miles away, you all are close enough to enjoy all the amenities and nightlife offered by the bustling town of Tamarindo, before coming back to this luxury home to relax in your in-house private pool.
Playa Langosta is an upscale luxury community, among the safest, most desirable, and family friendly neighborhoods of Tamarindo. Since Playa Langosta is essentially a large dead end and totally surrounded by a National Park, it has easily recognizable boundaries for the kids.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.
Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

It is surrounded by lush landscaping and is part of a privately monitored complex of only 10 such homes. You enter through the external gate using a digital lock so you have no need of carrying a key while swimming at the beach or when off on adventures. Neither the high walls nor the gate allow visibility inside the villa& premises - the villa has been designed for security, privacy and comfort. Adjacent to the outdoor shower is an outside storage closet where you will find beach toys and chairs for your convenience. There is ample room to store rented bicycles safely within the wall. Rental includes one reserved parking space, and there is additional free parking on the paved street outside the complex. The entire first floor is easily accessible with no steps between the front door, first floor king bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower, kitchen/dining and pool areas. The full-size American-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and even a large kitchen island. The open floor planallows full view to and from the kitchen, living, indoor dining, and backyard areas. The fully enclosed backyard contains tropical landscaping, both sun and shade, a private pool with lounge chairs, and covered outdoor dining area - complete with gas BBQ grill.
The 2nd floor contains 2 more large bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms and showers. All 3 bedrooms feature fans and their own controllable AC units so that everyone can have their perfect temperature. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed.

We continue to come back to the place year after year - we just love it. The location is excellent. It is both close to the ocean, near to Tamarindo, and in a quiet neighborhood with great locals and shops. The house is well laid out, has all the things we care about from great wifi to an even better private pool - and we saw monkeys come over head through the tree while swimming in it. Here I should also say we also value the staff, as they always treat us like family.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful VRBO near Langosta Beach! The home was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group, with three comfortable bedrooms w/private bathrooms there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The private pool was a huge highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax after beach days.The location is fantastic—just minutes from Langosta Beach and a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and Tamarindo. The property felt private and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to do. The management company was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home base in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
