One Seagrove Place will be undergoing a significant property improvement project. Extensive preparatory work is expected to begin shortly after Labor Day 2026, ahead of the main phase of the project currently anticipated to begin around November 1.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.
POOL CLOSURE
The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING
Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

Our unit at One Seagrove Place was comfortable for our family, footsteps from the beach and in close proximity to our favorite beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to plan a return trip!

Please add an end table for anyone sitting at the far end of the couch. Also, the headboards for the twin beds need to be secured to the frames so they don’t bang against the wall.

This is our 5th year to stay at One Seagrove for the Thanksgiving holiday! Love the new Lobby!!
Our stay was wonderful, everyone very helpful and friendly. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great and easy to understand and follow.
