Water Activites: Located on Lake LBJ which is a constant level lake. Enjoy fishing and kayaking. The open water is perfect for water skiing, tubing and other fun water activities. There is a boat ramp conveniently located a few doors down for a small fee.

Overall great experience and accommodations for our 4 generation family vacation. There were 11 of us and the room/ bathroom situation was ideal. Plenty of space without feeling too spaced out. The biggest winner was the hot tub (unexpected cooler weather) with plenty of room, followed by the pool (for the adventurous) and the highly utilized game room when a storm rolled in. The ice maker was also a nice perk. The kitchen was roomy and contact with hosts/ Nicki and Greg was smooth. Not complaints, but a few things to point out for those looking to rent. The extra fridge took a long time to cool (it's noted in the house manual, but it's time for an upgrade), the shower door in the cabana fell off (Greg warned me it was being worked on and to be careful and I luckily caught it), and the a/c split units in the bunkroom and game room didn't cool down (no one said anything until our last night). Nothing against the hosts, they have been notified, again something for the next renter to ask about.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with a view and pool/hot tub that can’t be beat. The kitchen had everything we needed. And honestly, the whole house and outdoor area had everything you could need. All of the sleeping area options were perfect for our family. The game room was so fun to hang out in. We hope to make this our annual family trip destination!

Everything was perfect!!! The host was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We had a large family reunion here and everyone had plenty of space and so much fun with the pool, lake, and game room! Would definitely come back!!!!!

Wonderful holiday stay with family! The home met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Hosts were accommodating throughout booking, arrival, and during our stay.
