About this house rental
The historic house which was restored from 2016-2020, is conveniently located on a quiet street near the Blue Crab coffee shop and the Town Library.
The first floor has a front parlor and dining room in the front/historic section, and a large kitchen family room in the rear. There is a half bath on the first floor.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third room with 2 twin beds. Off of the second floor hallway is a full bathroom.
The comprehensive house restoration included the installation of all new electric, all new plumbing, and all new central HVAC.
Due to historic ceiling and door frame heights, house is not recommended for families with individuals over 6' 1'' tall. Further, house is not recommended for children from crawling age to age 5.
Popular local outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking or simply relaxing. This is a wonderful property centrally located in St Michaels. Great restaurants and shops within blocks of the house!

We had a great stay for a long weekend girls trip. The location can’t be beat, it is truly walk to everything including the main business district, a great walking path, a coffee shop next door, and a nice Saturday farmers market. The house was clean and well stocked. The bathroom is nice and the 3 bedrooms are a nice size, however one bedroom doesn’t have a closet. It is very old so has some quirks like creaky floors and low ceilings upstairs and some of the windows are not updated and don’t lock. We were disappointed that the outdoor furniture was pretty dirty so we didn’t use it. But overall it was a great pick for our trip.

The house was perfect and is truly in the best location in town - 1 block away from Talbot street and walkable to everything. The house is great and just what you need for a weekend in St. Michaels!
