This is an excellent place if you have kids The playroom was an excellent distraction it kept them occupied and the location is perfect it's right between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg,!! They also have a second cabin that's bigger than the one we stayed in so if you have a big family it's perfect for everyone if you got both,!!

Property was clean and easy to find. Pool stick tips were all broken, pool table and hillbilly golf was damaged but usable. Not a huge deal. Hot tub was clean. Washer has a little issue draining but still usable. Inside of cottage was very clean. Communication with the host was great! Check in was smooth. Fire pit was a great addition. Not a huge fan of sharing the barn as we had several people walking through the property and the neighbors had a drone that was flying very close to my vehicle. Privacy was not great because of that, but we only stayed in the cabin at night so it wasn't too much of a bother. Overall, we had a great stay but would enjoy more privacy if we were to book again.

Host was very welcoming always answered any questions we had. Very nice cabin and very clean perfect for my wife and I and was located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge very easy to get to we could not have asked for anything more. Will be renting again

Absolutely loved our stay here and the host were amazing! We will visit again!
