About this cottage rental
The Seascape cottage is less than 5 minutes (walking) to the beach. Stay during the winter for storm season or play outside all day during the summer. The cottage is stocked with everything from board games to blu-rays and WiFi to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Of course - the hot tub is perfect for year round relaxing! (Please - no glass in the hot tub or on the hot tub deck.)
Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome! (There is a non-refundable pet fee; limit 2 dogs. Please keep them off the beds and other furniture. Make sure they’re crated if you leave them in the house alone.) Please let me know about your pet prior to booking.
Our property in non-smoking. No exceptions. We ask that our guests be at least 25 years old to book. We’re always happy to make exceptions on a case by case basis.
*Beach access at Damon Point is currently closed due erosion damage from the 2024 king tides. Attempting to access could result in trespassing fines. A reopen date is pending.
Nearby beach access include the North Jetty, Taurus Blvd, Ocean Lake Way, Pacific Blvd, Chase A La Mer and State Route 115.*

The place could use some air conditioning, other than that it was a pleasant stay .

Charming and tidy space.We couldn't locate the kettle we expected to find but we were delighted by the air fryer that wasn't mentioned.Well stocked with pots, pans and spices. Wished there was tabasco type sauce! Sadly, the hot tub cover lift was out of order, so we couldn't take full advantage of it.The checkout instructions provided in writing didn't align with the ones we received via email.Even though we didn't bring any, the place was well-equipped for children.We had a wonderful time!

The home was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our family. They had all the things we needed, even toys and books for our kids. The beds were comfortable. Spa was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting our family. Thank you!
