Fernlea is a beautifully renovated villa, finished to a luxurious standard, offering a relaxing retreat within easy reach of Queenstown`s lively town centre. With a private spa pool, outdoor entertaining space, two separate lounges and stunning lake views, this four-bedroom home is a fantastic option for a modern family getaway.
The top floor is where the views take centre stage - a bright, open-plan space spans the full width of the home beneath high ceilings, with dramatic lake views throughout. A cosy lounge at one end makes for the perfect movie-night spot, while the modern kitchen at the other is separated from the dining area by an island with bar seating. A wrap-around veranda runs along the front of the property, complete with a BBQ area, outdoor fireplace, and private spa pool for those who love to live outdoors. The master bedroom, also on this level, has its own ensuite and a sliding door opening directly onto the veranda and lake views.
Downstairs offers two further bedrooms with king split-bed configurations, plus a bunk room with its own adjoining lounge - a great private space for kids to hang out or enjoy a movie of their own. This level also includes a family bathroom, separate WC, and a large laundry.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property, including the spa pool and BBQ area. A complimentary concierge service is also on hand to help arrange activities and restaurant bookings throughout your stay.
