About this house rental
Make new memories in Colorado with friends and family at your home away from home. This lovely house has lots of space and 3 relaxing bedrooms with wall mounted TV’s for unwinding after a day of adventures. The primary en suite has a King size bed with a double sink bathroom. New AC and Furnace installed July 2025. Waffle make provided.

We had a really nice stay at this VRBO property. The listing was accurate, and the home was decently clean when we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the host leaving a big box of cereal and milk for our kids for breakfast—that was so kind and made our first morning easier.We could have used a couple extra blankets as some of the kids got cold during the night. Overall, it was clear the host tried hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. We’d recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable base for their vacation.

CLEAANNNNNNNNN. DID I MENTION CLEANNN??!The check in process couldn’t have been easier. This was my first time ever renting a property for a vacation weekend, and I was so worried that *I would screw something up, but Cynthia made everything simple, and the warm touches waiting on us when we arrived were just so nice. Check-out requests were kept pretty simple, also. Little gathering up to do with things in the home that we used, but really, nothing you wouldn’t do in your own home. I was so happy with how well this stay worked out for us. 10/10 property host

I’d like to share the pros and cons from my perspective: PROS: Super clean, well equipped for our week stay, large master bedroom, very comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. CONS: I assume the photos were taken several years ago as the condition of the home was disappointing. Examples: The door out to the garage looked like it had previously been broken into and the deadbolt no longer worked. There was water damage by the slider in the kitchen and the wood flooring was coming apart. Additionally, the photos of the yard look like it’s private, however it is not and it’s open to other’s yards only divided by a picket fences.
