Lovely cottage, first impressions were fantastic, Christmas decs were a nice surprise. The whole place was freezing cold however and took a long time to heat up due to being open plan. I slept in the room on the first floor but my cousin could not sleep in the 2nd floor room as it was just so cold up there. The living room didn’t even warm up as there is no door to keep the heat in. The bed I slept in was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of light and noise coming in from cars outside as it is located on a main road. We only slept stayed there for one night thankfully as I would not like to stay there for longer personally as nice as the cottage looked. I think we paid a lot to just stay there for one night, maybe because it was booked just one week in advance as I made a mistake in the dates when booking another cottage but I don’t personally feel like we had a nice enough experience for what we paid. However it is in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from Keswick Main Street and it did have lots of appliances that I have never seen in other cottages such as air fryer, toastie maker, blender etc (which may also account for the extra price) but we did not have opportunity to use them.

We loved the cottage and will definitely return. We have already started looking at dates. It was fully equipped with good quality kitchenware and had everything that we needed. Very clean and homely. The views from the master bedroom are stunning. We had to use the long stay car park as we struggled to get our car round into the space but the parking app was very good and we were able to extend it on the phone each morning. Looking forward to going back. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
