Very responsive and helpful owner! The property was packed with amenities, everything was spotless and all cutlery and utensils were labeled to make navigating the kitchen a breeze. Commute downtown wasn’t bad at all and a family dollar was right around the corner for last minute supplies. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Listing states it sleeps 8. There are enough beds for 6. When we contacted host, she explained that the king bed in the master sleeps 3 and the couch in the LR (which was not a pullout) slept one. This is awkward at best for 4 couples. There were no sets of 8 of anything in the kitchen-5 dinner plates, 4-5 small bread plates, 4 tumblers, and 4 wine glasses. I would not recommend booking for a group. As mentioned in other reviews, the neighborhood is…under redevelopment…which didn’t bother us once we saw how the house was set up. There is a one car garage to pull into—but again, if you have more then one car in your group, this might not be the place for you to book.
