Very bright, clean, and comfortable space. Marius was responsive and helpful when we had a question. It was a quick 10 minute ride into Heidelberg on the tram which comes every 20 minutes. You walk through the host's home on the main level to get to the upstairs and downstairs spaces, but they are very pleasant people. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. My family occupied both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. Both spaces are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood close to public transit and walkable to a large grocery store. Host family is so sweet. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in the attic but was light, spacious, airy and comfortable. It had air conditioning which was an added bonus. Situated in a residential area/street but just a few minutes walk from the bus and tram into Heidelberg which was about 15 minutes away. Within walking distance a big supermarket and a few local restaurants. The apartment is advertised as having 2 bedrooms but the second bedroom is on a lower floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend.
