This private lakefront home offers space to relax, room to gather, and scenery that never gets old, from morning waves to golden sunsets with the Toronto skyline glowing across the water. Designed for both quiet retreats and memory-filled family stays, the home sits close to scenic hiking trails, wineries, and classic Niagara attractions. The moment you enter, the lake takes center stage. Large windows frame the water while the open layout keeps everyone connected, perfect for meals, games, or simply unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is modern, spacious, and fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glassware, coffee, tea, and everyday cooking essentials. A dedicated laundry room just off the kitchen gives guests full access to a washer and dryer. On the main level, you’ll find a family-friendly bedroom featuring built-in bunk beds with a full-size lower bed—comfortable for both kids and adults. A full bathroom with a bidet is also located on this floor and comes stocked with fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms: A serene primary bedroom with a king bed and calming lake views. A second bedroom with a queen bed and closet space. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and extra vanity space. Outdoor Space The wraparound patio is where this property truly shines. Fire up the grill, gather around the patio seating while overlooking the lake. The expansive yard offers uninterrupted views of the Toronto skyline and plenty of space to enjoy the fire pit from Adirondack chairs as the sun sets and nature takes over. Sleeping Layout (Up to 8 Guests) Main Level Bedroom: Queen bed + bunk bed (twin over full) Primary Bedroom: King bed Second Upstairs Bedroom: Queen bed Location & Distance Niagara Falls is approximately 20 minutes away—perfect for day trips to the Falls, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, and Clifton Hill in Canada (passport required). Buffalo Niagara International Airport is about 45 minutes away, and Highmark Stadium is roughly an hour’s drive. Kitchen & Dining Everything you need to cook and dine comfortably is provided, plus a BBQ grill located on the patio. Entertainment All TVs are Smart TVs—log into your own streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube. Families Welcome Children are absolutely welcome. As this is a waterfront property, we ask all guests to closely supervise children near the water and ledge areas at all times. Guest Access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the home and surrounding front, side, and backyard areas. Please respect neighboring properties and avoid entering adjacent yards. A locked interior storage closet and outdoor sheds are not accessible to guests. A Note on Waterfront Living 🌿 Life by the lake sometimes includes spiders, cobwebs, or small insects—it’s part of the natural setting. The home is professionally cleaned between every stay and deep-cleaned regularly. Plug-in bug traps are provided (best used overnight), and keeping doors and windows closed helps minimize bugs. Guests are free to use any space inside the house. Please note that use of the extra dining room in the backyard is a separate additional charge. We were very happy with our stay. The communication with our host was very responsive, The house was exactly as described and photos very accurate. All was clean and there were linens and other amenities available to make our stay very comfortable. It was pouring rain while we were there. So we sadly could not venture to the back yard to take a look at the lake or how that's all set up. Can't say one way or another if there's any sort of steps down to the shore, but guessing not as that area seems mostly to have a high drop directly down to the water. If. you're thinking of accessing the lake directly from this property, I'd recommend asking the host about that before booking just to be sure you don't get disappointed. It looks like there's a nice, enclosed picnic area directly out back of the house where you could eat and look out on the water, though. We just didn't go out there because of the downpour.....Nice place. Youngstown & Wilson very close by with little shops and water access.(Remember to know your streaming service username & password if wanting to watch tv)

The property was nice, excellent loaction close to the water. There was a lack of certain amenities, like extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and towels. Overall it was a great place to stay with a large group.
