About this house rental
Villa Sophie is a modern holiday accommodation of 210 sq.m, in Kalamaki, Zakynthos and can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers maximum comfort, luxury and privacy and is located in a fenced area with a private entrance and parking spaces.
The interior of the villa has been designed and furnished with special care to every detail so as to spoil and satisfy even the most demanding visitor. The villa has a very spacious, bright living room with modern, elegant furniture, large flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, dining area, air -conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. It also consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed while the others with twin beds each. All bedrooms have their own TV with satellite and cable channels and air-conditioning.
The outdoor area of the villa is a great advantage as it has a beautiful, very comfortable, lush garden, swimming pool with sun beds to soak up the sun in the comfort of your holiday home and is the ideal environment for unique, private moments with friends and family. The variety of facilities and services available, guarantees a perfect experience of staying in one of the most beautiful areas on the island.
The villa is located in a quiet area but just a few metres from the centre of the tourist resort with a variety of restaurants, bars and tourist shops.
The sandy beach of Kalamaki with its calm and shallow waters, an ideal choice for all ages and suitable for families with young children is also within walking distance. It is the nesting place for caretta-caretta sea turtle and thus is a protected area by the National Marine park.
• Climate tax is not included in the price and needs to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 15 euros per night.
• The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.
• Tap water is not drinkable.

Villa was beautifully clean, tidy, spacious. Owners have clearly put thought into the layout of this Villa and took time to make sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will be able to come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa.
When we arrived the villa was spotless, the rooms are all an excellent size and the outdoor area is huge and very well maintained. The pool was great and the kids loved it. There's also a great BBQ area under a lovely pergola. One of the best things about the villa is the location, it's literally a couple of minutes walk and you're right in the middle of the main bar/restaurant area.
We had great communication with the owners throughout our stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This villa is absolutely stunning. It’s in a great location, very close to the strip and all amenities. Has air con in every room which was very much needed. The host was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Pool and garden is fantastic and we spent a lot of time in both. Would definitely come back!
