This townhome does not have pool access; however, it is located in an exclusive neighborhood on Seacrest Beach & provides a ready-made beach vacation. Located in between Seaside and Alys Beach, the home sits in a gated neighborhood with private beach access as well as access to a freshwater lake. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home or you can take a short bike ride to The Big Chill (Formerly the Hub) for a variety of food options that will suit everyone. The home sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor & 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. On the first floor you will find 1 king bedroom and the "kids room" with 1 bunk bed and 2 twin beds with a shared full bathroom. On the third floor you will find 1 king bedroom & 1 queen bedroom, both with private full bathrooms. Just a quick 2 minute walk to your private beach access! *There is NO pool access for this unit*

Very nice place to stay! In a quiet neighborhood with private beach access just a short walk away. It was very well kept, clean, and the kitchen was very organized and stocked with everything you need.
