About this house rental
We have full power and open for renters. Indian Lake was hit hard by a tornado, and our home was one of the lucky ones. Come up and support local businesses, enjoy the Tiki Bar, and the beautiful lake. Adorable 3 bedroom/5 beds, 2 bath cottage home sits right on Indian Lake. This home is excellent for entertaining. Great spot for celebrations, family gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, fishing trips, or couples get away to rejuvenate. Thank you for your support!
Lake home with a cottage feel! Adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a 20 person tiki bar on the lake. A large dining table for dinners with friends or family, 3 TV's, 3 couches, and multiple spots for relaxing. This home is perfect for entertaining! You can sleep 8 comfortably and up to 13 with the air mattresses and couches. If you have a boat, you can drop your boat next door at Moundwood boat ramp and dock in front of the house. There is an outdoor natural gas fireplace, grill, hammocks, lots of dock space for fishing, and a beautiful upper deck for relaxing with a glass of wine or a good book. The sunsets are great too!

Place was clean, beds comfortable, view and fire pit lovely. Indian lake is a shallow lake so unable to swim in front of home. Boat ramp next door, nice to watch boats go by, lovely grass area for corn hole or kids to play. Unfortunately neighbors played loud techno grunge music intermittently affecting our ability to listen to music and converse. Tiki bar was AMAZING! So nice to have place to hang out in shade.

WE HAD 4 ADULTS AND 2 DOGS FOR OUR VISIT AT THE WATERFRONT LAKE HOUSE WITH TIKI BAR. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. TVS ON EACH FLOOR AND AT THE TIKI BAR. WE RECEIVED VERY GOOD INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RUN EVERYTHING. A BIT OVERWHELMING UNTIL WE GOT THERE AND THEN THEY WERE AWESOME. EASY TO FIND EACH THING WE WERE LOOKING FOR LIKE THE GRILL, TIKI BAR, DOORS, TVS. ANY TIME THERE WAS A HOW DO I QUESTION THE DIRECTIONS HAD IT COVERED. GREAT! PLENTY OF SEATING, KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED. GOOD LIGHTING, PLENTY OF PLUG INS, A FEW STEPS TO THE LAKE FROM THE DECK OR NONE FROM THE BOTTOM LEVEL. ALL STAIRS HAD RAILINGS FOR US OLD FOLKS TO USE (EXCEPT THE 2 TO THE LAKE). BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. ALL 4 OF US SENIOR ADULTS ENJOYED THE ACCOMMODATIONS VERY MUCH. THE SPOT TO TIE OFF THE BOAT WAS EASY TO GET IN AND OUT OF AND TO USE. TIKI BAR WAS FUN AND MET THE NICE AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS. FISHING WAS GREAT, CAUGHT 6-8 SPECIES EACH DAY! WALKED TO A BASS TOURNAMENT WEIGH IN AT THE STATE PARK. LOVELY GROUNDS WITH THE HOUSE AND THE PARK NEXT DOOR WAS LOVELY AND NOT NEAR AS LOUD AS WE FEARED IT COULD BE. JEN WAS AMAZING AT ANSWERING MESSAGES QUICKLY . MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND AT HOME. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND OWNERS. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF TRAVELING TO OHIO. A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU JEN AND BRIAN AND THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO BRING OUR PUPS. SCOOTIE IS 17 AND ZOOMER A RESCUE SO WE DON'T TRAVEL WITHOUT THEM . SORRY ABOUT THEIR SPRING SHED.

This property was absolutly perfect for our family reunion. It was very clean and organized and lots of "extras" that made us feel at home. The tiki bar was great to sit outside and relax and watch TV and the backyard was perfect for fishing! The host were super reponsive and made us feel at home!
