About this house rental

Lovely Remodeled Historic Carriage House apartment with loft on the Rosedell Estate. 2 bedrooms, plus 1 loft bedroom with washer and dryer, 1 double pull out sofa in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom and beautiful grounds. Historic, walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks from Franklin Park, public pool, Yakima Museum and Soda Shop. Very close to downtown. Great place to stay while visiting local wineries!

We really liked the carriage house but would suggest to people that the stairs are fairly steep if you're elderly or not in good shape. The grounds were beautiful as was the neighborhood. We felt very comfortable there! Kitchen and bathroom were really nice and we enjoyed the arboretum...a real treat!
