House was just right for the size group we had. Host was great with communication and everything went as it should. We would definitely stay again if we have another gathering in Beaumont.

Was asked to download an app to check-in which have never been requested to do. There was a mess on floor by fridge when arrived that we cleaned up. Patio table was very shakey and unable to use until we fixed it ourselves. Bar stool at table was broken and left at the table & 2 other broken ones in the garage. Master bathroom shower head was leaking and squirting water at the glass door & in my face when first turned on. We also fixed it. Black mold is starting to grow in the bathroom. 3 patio chairs had broken arms. There was large holes in the fence & piece of the metal falling off the house in the back yard hanging down to the ground. 5 towels for 5 adults were ripped & all stained. No towels in bathroom had to get them from laundry room. No kitchen towels and gave us under half thing of paper towels for 4 days. No additional in the home. Best thing about the house was able to swing but the filter system and lights didn't work. Skimmer was ripped. The home is listed for sale & not being being taken care of.
