Francesco was very nice and responsive. Property was very well located to local site seeing, food and shops. Place was a little warm with no ac but had two fans that had helped.

We had a lovely time in Florence and this apartment was so big and open. The bathrooms were small, but beautifully renovated with great water pressure. The primary bedroom is large with plenty of storage space. The secondary bedroom was much smaller, but the thick walls really kept us cool at night. You will need the three prong attachment for the plugs, but Chiara has some in the desk. The kitchen was so nice with a gas stove and the ceilings in the main area are beautiful wood. There is a lovely balcony that we stood out to have our morning coffee and people watch. If you stay here, there is a drawer in the kitchen table that has the silverware and corkscrews. Yes, there is an additional one there as we ran out to buy one and had a great laugh the next day when we found the drawer! Chiara and Francesco responded very quickly to questions/requests we had and had wonderful information about the area on the desk. They were very prepared for guests. We were only there three nights, so we did not use the laundry facilities. The area it is located was very convenient for the sights and markets. We walked everywhere but the train station. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay while in Florence, look no further. This apartment is for you!
