This place worked out perfectly for our needs. Close and convenient to Tech for parents visiting their kid, taking them to orientation, or moving into the dorms.

Overall, a nice enough place to spend the night and good value for money. Having said that, the photos probably oversell it a bit.However, my two big issues:1. The listing shows multiple photos of the outside of a home with a large driveway. This was the main reason that I booked this place: I was traveling with a truck and trailer and I wanted a good place to park. When I received the check-in instructions, it said driveway parking was not allowed. Perhaps my mistake for assuming the multiple photos in the listing were implying a parking spot..2. The check-in instructions were very vague. Arriving in the dark, the was no signage (that I could see) or any instructions on where to go upon arrival. I felt like there was a 50/50 chance I was breaking into a stranger's garden shed when I walked up to the door.
