Communication 5* - very through check in/out process. Lots of communication before and during our stay. House was supplied with everything we could need. I left Oregon VERY early for the flight to Juneau and forgot to pack my snacks. Got into town and was too tired to go to the store. Walked into the kitchen to find a basket of snacks WITH THE VERY SNACKS I LEFT ON MY COUNTER! Dots pretzels! And in my fav flavor. Beds were comfortable. The appliances were superb. If you want a home away from home, this place is it! Thank you Dan and Tania for a very welcoming home for a very stressful reason we were in Juneau to begin with. Very appreciative.

We stayed over Thanksgiving week and had an amazing stay. We were a family of 5 (myself, husband, teen, and our adult child plus their spouse) in town visiting family for the holiday. This house was very comfortable with lots of space upstairs for everyone to have some privacy, but a great living/dinning areas down stairs for meals and games. We stayed in what Juneau would consider off season but there was still plenty to do and see near by and for us it was ideal because our family were all within 5 minutes of the house, Would definitely come back for another stay in the future.

Truly a family friendly place. So impressed. Everything we needed for cooking. Comfortable beds. Everything was clean. It was great. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks
