Banyan Tree Unit #202 is ready for your Hawaiian Vacation. The 1200 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, & lanai that is 25' from the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area. A/C wall mounted in Master Bedroom.
Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking. Chaise Lounge Chairs, and Table Sets are available for your use. ***Please note that there is Security Surveillance Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.***
Your Private Lanai, the Pool Deck or 2nd floor Veranda are perfect spots to watch for whales, dolphins, surfers and Kona's Amazing sunsets.

Our experience was outstanding. We found ourselves mesmerizing by watching the waves crashing outside our lanai and the surfers that gathered starting at 6 am. There were four of us, my husband and me, and our adult children. The layout of the condo allowed privacy for both couples. The host was very responsive and generous by supplying staples for our stay, such as laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. The condo location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the airport. All were within 30 minutes. Our trip was to celebrate milestone birthdays for both me and my husband. Our host knew this and we arrived she had fresh flowers and a birthday balloon to welcome us. Our stay in Kona was truly memorable. Thank you, Dana.

Just a couple of things, for 4 people staying 10 days we just needed more paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels. The lanai is not usable when your are running the mini split as the exhaust is blows right where your sitting. Other than that it was great

We loved this stay. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai watching surfers from morning until dawn. Highly recommend this place.

We were so impressed with this condo! Very relaxing, and loved being able to hear the waves and watch the surfers. We have rented many condos and houses before, and this one was so well stocked with things you need for the beach and the condo itself. Really made our stay relaxing! Excellent!
