About this house rental
Villa Shirin is a beautiful family villa surrounded by nature and could be the ideal place for your relaxing holiday in Istria. You will probably spend most of your time in the beautiful outdoor area of the villa. There is a well-tended garden, plenty of space for children to play, a private and heated pool with comfortable sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue for preparing delicious meals. Pleasure, relaxation and fun are guaranteed here. From here, guests enter the living area on the ground floor, which comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. Three further bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV and a double bed. The second bedroom also contains a double bed, but also has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third and final bedroom has air conditioning and a double bed. Visitors also have access to another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. It is safe to say that Vila Shirin's amenities and location make it a fantastic destination to treat yourself and your family to a wonderful holiday in Istria. With its location surrounded by nature and yet close to towns, shops and beaches, this villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The beach is only about 8 kilometres away by car in the town of Pore. This town offers you stunning beaches and bays where you can swim all day in the crystal clear and turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea and really enjoy the summer. You can see amazing architecture and historical sites, visit award-winning restaurants and charming taverns to try some traditional dishes from this region, and the locals will give you a warm welcome wherever you go. During your stay at Villa Shirin, you can also visit charming smaller towns such as Motovun, Novigrad and Umag, where you will definitely feel the Istrian spirit.
