About this apartment rental
This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

This apartment is in a perfect location! Bars with good happy hour deals and restaurants right outside, but still in the apartment at night it is very quiet. Malin was very helpful and gave us a few pointers for the best bakeries in the area when we checked in. It is a 2 minute walk from the promenade & 5 minutes from old town.
The apartment itself is ideal for a couple staying in Nice. Although, we are 5ft 8 and 6ft, and felt a bit too tall for the loft space (both had to duck going down the stairs). The balcony is a lovely touch, and we spent each evening enjoying a glass of wine there before heading out for dinner.
Unfortunately, during our stay the Air con was broken. It is a building central system, and therefore not controlled by Malin. She was incredibly responsive when we raised the issue with her, and tried her very best to offer solutions and try fix the heat problem.
If we return to Nice, we will be booking to stay at this apartment again.

The location was so close to the Promenade. Two short blocks and you were at the beach. The location also gave you easy access to the old town of Nice and many very good restaurants. I would easily go back and spend a longer time.

We had a wonderful stay at Malin and Jonas' apt. Fabulous location near everything, a block from the beach, and so clean and well layed out. Our hosts were very kind and great communicators. We loved sitting on the private deck when we were in. Thank you so much!
