• Occupancy: Max 8 guests strictly enforced.
• No Parties: We utilize noise monitoring technology to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10 PM.

ANIMAL & PET POLICY (Strictly Enforced):

We are a pet-friendly home and welcome responsible owners! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note our specific policies:

1. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs):

Please note that under Georgia law, Emotional Support Animals are classified as pets and are subject to the standard pet fee.

Please select "Traveling with Pets" at checkout if you are bringing an ESA.

2. Service Animals (SA): We welcome Service Animals in compliance with VRBO and ADA policies. Service Animals are exempt from pet fees, but must follow these behavioral guidelines:

No Unattended Rule: Per ADA guidelines, Service Animals must remain under the handler's control at all times. They may not be left in the home alone (crated or uncrated) while the guest is out. If you leave the property, your Service Animal must accompany you.

Housebroken: Animals must be fully housebroken.

Damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required due to their Service Animal.

3. General Rules & Penalties:

Undisclosed Pets: Any undisclosed animals (including ESAs not registered as pets) will incur a violation fee of $250 plus the standard pet fee.

Furniture: Please keep all paws off the furniture and beds.

Waste: Guests must pick up after their pets immediately.

To ensure safety, unregistered guests are not permitted on the property. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of people.

Parking:

Driveway holds 3-4 cars; street parking is free and plentiful.
