About this villa rental
Villa Muriwai is a charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquillity in Armação de Pera, with capacity for 8+1 guests.
The room is bright and welcoming, providing an ideal environment for moments of family gathering and with direct access to the outside.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and easy access to common areas.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and another bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, offering space and privacy for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals with ease, and provides direct access to the outdoor area.
On the exterior, the property features an inviting heated swimming pool (additional cost), a well-maintained garden and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
Located in a quiet area of Armação de Pera, the villa is close to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches, combining tranquillity and convenience for a memorable holiday.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.
The 9th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed.

The Villa was well maintained with beautiful grounds and clean pool. Interior was well maintained, clean and in the modern European style with amenities as described. Location is central to local activities, but a rental car is required. Very relaxing and quiet. We would highly recommend for a future stay. Be prepared, not to receive entry information before specific time posted, requiring WIFI. This lack of information on entry posed a problem for us as we were unfamiliar with where we could access WIFI being our first trip in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Muriwai. The villa was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped, making it perfect for our family holiday. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, with the heated pool, garden and barbecue providing the ideal setting for relaxing and spending quality time together. The location was peaceful yet close to beaches, restaurants and local amenities, which made exploring the area very easy. We would happily return and highly recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was comfortable and welcoming, and the outdoor area with the pool and barbecue was perfect for relaxing together. The peaceful location was also a great choice for our holiday.
