The galley style kitchen features a large island, farmhouse sink, stove, refrigerator and coffee cabinet for all you coffee connoisseurs. The outside is just as stunning as the inside! The property is very close to town!! It was very nice to have three bedrooms with king beds for our party of women, we especially loved the fun wall paper in the bathrooms. And the pool was perfect to enjoy after a morning of shopping!

Beds were comfortable, showers were amazing (great hot water and can switch between ceiling or traditional spray height), kitchen had nice dishes and appreciated pods for Keurig, plenty of seating in kitchen and living room. Internet was fast and enjoyed the smart TV with every app we use preloaded. Dining room table was used for puzzles.
Loved having a driveway to park the car in and entry to house was great for unloading and loading car. Cleanup was convenient with trash cans by the garage entrance. Property was close to Main Street action but not sure it's really walking distance.
Our one disappointment was the pool. Advertised as heated and walked into property to find controller on kitchen counter with batteries next to it, battery cover popped off. Put in the batteries and it lit up but did not work. Pool was also dirty (mainly leaves), cleaning company arrived on our last full day there. Kids were excited when we showed pictures of the property, packing several swimsuits that weren't used. We didn't call because we had full days planned and didn't want to miss out waiting on a service. We were planning to use the hot tub in the evenings.

Our girl's trip to Fredericksburg was fabulous! The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing king beds, various gathering areas, kitchen, and the outside area with TV sitting area, pool and fire pit! Great location to walk to Main Street & 20-minute drive to Enchanted Rock. Would absolutely try here again! One thing to note: Although we followed the instructions, we were never able to get the hot tub up to temp to enjoy.

We loved this beautifully restored home. Great kitchen was perfect. We relaxed in the backyard, such an awesome lot. The location was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Awesome couples get-away. We will be back.
