📜 HOUSE RULES & TRANSPARENCY

Security Deposit (€200): We ask for this sum as a guarantee, to be paid conveniently via bank transfer before arrival. Don't worry: it will be refunded to you (via bank transfer) within 7 days of your check-out! This short timeframe allows us to thoroughly check the apartment for the next guests 😊.


Energy (Responsible Tourism): Consumption is included up to €1.70/day; the excess will be calculated via the meter to promote energy savings ⚡.


Waste: Waste sorting is mandatory following the provided calendar (penalties from €30 to €100 for non-compliance) ♻️.


Kitchen: We ask you to leave dishes and stoves clean at the end of your stay (otherwise a supplement of €20-€50 will be applied).


House Rules: No smoking inside and no parties 🚭. Respect quiet hours (23:00–08:00 / 14:00–17:00). Only officially registered guests are allowed (Italian tourism law is very strict).
