We stayed 8 days and enjoyed every minute! Everything we could need was provided and so much more. Would recommend this home to anyone who is traveling to Aruba and wants a more authentic Aruba experience.

Fantastic! I am not much on crowds and this was relatively isolated with great sunrise/moonrise views from the patio. The house was hard to find so we contacted the owner who met us at a store and led us to the location. The decent sized pool was well enjoyed by us, usually 2-3 times a day. We rarely saw the homeowners unless there was an issue, or they wanted to say goodbye. It was centrally located on the island, close to Arikok National Park and easy drive to the busier western coast and the lovely beaches found there. We ended up cooking most of our meals and the kitchen was well supplied for our needs. We found out pretty quickly that the micro-sized ants could get into our food readily, so the refrigerator was used to thwart their daily raids. The bedroom was comfortable with an AC to make sleeping easy in the fairly warm, windy weather. There were several somewhat friendly cats and a dog or two that wandered by to visit. The yard had strings of lights set up, at the ready if you needed them after the sun set. It was so hard to leave this beautiful desert oasis.

Excellent choice for our family stay. The location worked well for exploring all corners of the island, and having a refreshing pool and convenient little kitchen to pop back to after an amazing hike to natural pool, or Ayo Rock Garden, or other areas was fantastic. Accomodations we exactly as advertised and Janine was extremely communicative and flexible. Great stay!

This charming getaway was exactly what my family needed. The host was wonderful!
