Stroll to the ocean or quieter beach, the beach kiosk in summer, popular surfing spots, local rockpools, fitness trails, and morning coffee or take a short drive to local wineries, gourmet food stores, restaurants and the best of the peninsula.
The space
The heart of the home is a marble-finished kitchen and butler’s pantry, superbly serviced by an island bench and quality stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and sleek Smeg fridge. This house is light and spacious and beautifully decorated. Our party of 9 had plenty of lovely spaces to live and play in. The pool is great and provided hours of fun, especially for the kids (and the big kids!)
It's really close to the lovely long stretch of Point Leo beach and the kiosk, for good coffee and food.
We drove to Balnarring for shopping and dining options and also the Merrick Store just because it's lovely.
