We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

Parking is in the gravel lot at the rear of the property
Reachable from either Whitman Street or Herron Street

The green bins are kept out by the road on Whitman Street
Just drop your bags in — nothing needs to be brought back

We enjoyed our quick overnight at the bungalow. Love the historic nature of the neighborhood and the renovations were nicely up to date.

Biggest plus was the unit’s location, very close to downtown attractions. Could have used more kitchen utensils and at least a few closet hangers; there weren’t any. Very cheap and easy fixes for the owner. Despite being pet friendly, the unit had no pet odors.

Visited Montgomery for a weekend at Montgomery Whitewater Park. This cute place was the perfect location and for being a 1 bed, 1 bath had plenty of space for 2 adults and our 2 fur girls! Joshua was great with communication; check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Property matched the pictures. Parking is in the rear, so you do have to walk around to the front to access unit. It fronts the road, but we barely noticed the road traffic; it was the weekend. This unit is cooled with two window AC units. We found they worked best when both were set below 70, which meant they ran a lot during a hot weekend in September and had a fair amount of "white noise". We reached out to Joshua and he stated he will be looking into it. Liked that we could log into our own streaming accounts using the RokuTV set up, and snack bars and oatmeal packs were a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the coffee & food recommendations provided in the email before check-in, we ate at Bibb St. Pizza twice. We would stay here again despite the AC issues because of the location, price and size of the unit.
