Logement agréable et bien placé (nombreuses plages à 10minutes en voiture). Très propre. Avec parasol à disposition. Parking fermé sur place. Extérieur très agréable (pelouse et terrasse). Parc pour enfants à proximité (à pieds).

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Garten auf das Meer ist super schön. Die Wohnung ist genau wie abgebildet und beschrieben und ausreichend groß für uns gewesen (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 3 Jahre). Toll war die Klimaanlage, die wir im Juni auf jeden Fall gebraucht haben. Schade war, dass der große Garten mit den Sonnenliegen nicht nutzbar war, da man den ganzen Tag Sonne hatte und es keinen natürlichen Schatten oder einen Schirm gab. Wir konnten den Garten daher nicht nutzen, weil es einfach zu heiß war. Genossen haben wir die Mahlzeiten im gläsernen Essbereich mit einer tollen Aussicht. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Küche (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe) würde ich bemängeln. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung idealer Ausgangspunkt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso Bäcker und Supermarkt. Grundsätzlich sind die Einrichtung und Bäder eher rustikal gehalten, die Außenanlagen (Beete, Rasen) waren gepflegt, einzig an der Fassade bröckelte der Putz ab und es sah nicht mehr ganz so ordentlich aus. Größtes Problem waren die Ameisen in der Wohnung. Da unser Rückflug erst am Nachmittag ging, konnten wir noch bis halb 12 in der Wohnung bleiben, das war top!

La casa di Giulia è bella, funzionale, luminosa e comoda. Il giardino è molto grande, il terrazzino sul tetto suggestivo. Tutto molto comodo, parcheggio incluso. Ovviiamente parlo di settembre, quando la Costa Smeralda è meno affollata e più vivibile. Resta, comunque, la qualità della casa. Buona la comunicazione con le persone dedicate al check-in/out, elasticità. La posizione è stategica.

Disappointments:
- Casa Simone it is an adjoining house, with a small garden, and you need to be tall if indeed you want to have a view on the sea
- the collective garbage outside the condominium does not make the surroundings so attractive
- we would have appreciated a microwave and a toaster
- hot water had to be fixed after our arrival and we run out of cooking gaz during our stay. It was then resolved.
Positive points:
- Abbiadori is well located to have access to all the Costa Smeralda
- the condominium was very quiet during our 2 weeks stay (first 2 weeks of August)
- The design of the condominium is quite nice
