Blue Moon Cottage on Table Rock Lake is the PERFECT answer for a weekend sneak-away, a surprise proposal, romantic honeymoon, anniversary, birthday getaway, or that last escape for a memorable babymoon.
Come enjoy the amazing scenery as you cook outside on the huge wrap-around porch. Experience the nature trail on the property that leads to Table Rock Lake where you can fish or swim in the cove! There is an overlook where you can view the lapping water or take the mile walk to the water's edge! Listen to the natural waterfall after a rain shower. Have your camera ready, you may even see some of our local wildlife. Bring your boat, canoe, or kayak and spend the day on the water, the cove here is low traffic and peaceful. There is a public boat launch just 1 mile away and plenty of parking on the property. Make sure to pack all the essentials for making s'mores around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs and spend some time gazing in awe at the beautiful night sky and moonlit lake! We enjoyed our stay at Blue Moon Cottage. Everything was exactly as pictured. Very clean and was well equipped. The view was spectacular! Also, enjoyed the hot tub which also was very clean. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we couldn't just walk down to the lake. We did try and made it down but trail was very overgrown. It was an adventure for sure! Overall a great place to stay. May be back next year, as we come every year to bring our daughter to camp. Thanks for hosting us!

We loved Blue Moon Cottage so much that we decided to come back only a few months after our Feb visit! Another great stay! Even with a couple days of light rain, the views of the lake and the coziness of the home provide a wonderful retreat.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Blue Moon Cottage, where we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary—and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. The lake view was breathtaking, especially at sunset, creating a peaceful and romantic atmosphere throughout our stay.The cottage was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities truly stood out, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.One of the highlights of our weekend was hiring a private chef, The Rogue Chef, along with his wife, Dr. Dana. They prepared an incredible meal for us right in the cottage, and even they commented on how well-equipped and functional the kitchen was. It made the experience feel even more special and seamless.From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. We would highly recommend Blue Moon Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway—and we would absolutely love to return.

This is a great property. Stunning view of the lake, almost too much communication from the management company! If you are the type of person who loves to receive clear instructions, you will receive plenty. The home is quiet and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves. My only feedback to the owner is to make sure you make people aware you have about 5 cameras in the woods discretely hidden and pointed at the home at all angles. It felt a little invasive not knowing what was being recorded and where that data is held. We have 2 small kids, so the audio and video of my family is not something I am comfortable with people using and watching. There was no mention of us being recorded in the information or contract on the home, so that is always a little weird and intrusiveOther than that, great stay.
