This holiday home in the heart of Istria is stylishly decorated and offers you every comfort. The indoor and outdoor area is connected by a spacious terrace where parents can have a broad view of everything that happens around the pool. The pool area also includes an outdoor hot tub where you can spend even more relaxing time during the summer months. The interior corresponds to today's standard, and the special feature is certainly the underfloor heating and cooling. Such cooling systems clearly provide a better cooling of the interiors, and so no noise or draft produced. To complete the stay, the owners provide the guests below the resort still a plot for common use with the guests of the holiday property Villa Istria. There are children's toys available. A football field to play is also only 150 meters from the house. This is certainly an advantage for a relatively large family or group of friends who would like to spend their holidays together. The house is located in a quiet area on the edge of the hotel's own forest and is the last house on the outskirts. The location is ideal for walking, hiking or for a walk with the dog. Attractions, arts and culture in the area, which offer as a destination for day trips are the Roman Colosseum in Pula, the truffle town of Motovun, the beautiful city of Rovinj or certainly interesting for children, the Aqua Park in Poreč.
