About this apartment rental
Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo at The Grandview on Grace Bay Beach (sleeps 6 plus infant). This 1850sq ft condo, is located on the second floor of the upscale 18 unit Grandview development, which occupies one of the finest stretches of the world famous Grace Bay Beach. Being a corner unit at the quieter end of the development, it benefits from additional window light, and a large and more open covered terrace.
The development has a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room on site, and many great restaurants are within easy walking distance. About 5 minutes by car, there is the well stocked Graceway Gourmet supermarket, and plenty of boutique shops. A larger supermarket is located about 10 minutes away. A paddle board and two kayaks are available for your personal use. The condo comprises of the following amenities:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped, new renovated open plan kitchen with large countertop areas and ocean views!
- Open plan dining area seating 6, with ocean views.
- Living room with sectional sofa, 55” LCD TV, Cable TV, Apple TV and Alexa.
- Outdoor Covered Terrace comprising dining table (seats 4), 2 lounge chairs, gas grill.
- Large master bedroom overlooking Grace Bay, as well as patio doors opening directly on to the oversized outdoor terrace.
- Second bedroom as either one king bed OR two twin beds.
- Two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards and children's beach toys in private garage (must be returned to garage after use). A selection of life jackets are provided.

This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first time 2 years ago. To start Rachel welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and a giant fruit tray! The condo is great and the kitchen has been recently upgraded. You'll find a number of spices that visitors leave behind - very useful when eating in. The balcony has a motorized screen so it is great to sit out at night and not be bothered by bugs. The location is perfect, where you can catch the sunset or just stare out at the white sand/turquoise water beach.For dinner, places we liked were Infiniti Restaurant at the Grace Bay Club. Other favorites included Hemingway's (best value for the dollar), Pelican Bay & Opus at the Ocean Club resorts. Infiniti & Pelican Bay are walkable.There is a grill on the balcony where we cooked burgers and steaks. There are 2 grocery stores IGA which is a bit of a drive, but is worth it if beer or wine are on your shopping list as it is close to the Wine Cellar. The other grocery store which is a 5 min drive down the street is the Gracebay Gourmet where you'll find just about everything you need.Regina is easily accessible via phone or text. The condo is great, it has everything you need, including ice packs and a cooler for the beach. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach and is usually not packed.Can't wait to go back again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. The condo was perfect for our family of four—we especially loved that each child had their own bed, and the rose waiting for us upon arrival was such a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal, with the pool and hot tub just steps away and easy access to the beach. There were always chairs and umbrellas available, and the beach never felt overcrowded, making it especially relaxing. We also discovered (a little too late!) that there’s a bar next door serving tacos and drinks—something we’ll definitely take advantage of earlier next time. We used Regina’s grocery shopping service, which was very convenient, and both Regina and Rachel were incredibly helpful in picking up a few extra items for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back!

This place is actually even better than the photos. Not only is the location perfect for being able to walk to all of our favorite spots but the condo itself is impeccable. Very spacious, clean, lovely decor, thoughtfully laid out, practical and most importantly, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Rachel and Regina made everything seamless and easy. This condo has everything you could need and the deck is dreamy with an incredible view of the sunset. There are plenty of chaises and umbrellas, they were never more than half full while we were there. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!
