Essential shops are available in Saint-Ignan, 1.5km away (baker every morning except Wednesday, fishmonger/hairdresser on Thursday mornings, butcher/deli/greengrocer on Saturday mornings). - Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, dining room (wood-burning stove), living room (fireplace), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm), laundry and boiler room, shower room, separate WC.
