This property is amazing! Location was perfect and views of Zion and the sunrise were incredible. Accommodations were perfectly clean, well stocked, and unbelievably well maintained. There wasn’t a thing that could have made our stay any more comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Loved our stay at The View! Our favorite VRBO so far. We started out by arriving a couple hours early coming in from Capitol Reef and the host worked to accomodate that arrival time, which we greatly appreciated.Our visit to Zion included several hikes up the Kolob terrace, and this location served those plans very well. Still close to the Zion main entrance, and with an early start (at Visitors Center by 0700), we had no problem with parking. This location provided easy access to BLM land OHV trails that let us put our Rubicon to the test. Don't overlook the Virgin River access and TNC trail just down the hill!While on the go much of the time, we made the most of the balcony in the evening. During our late May visit the balcony was shaded late in the day with a dependable breeze, and we loved the view. The kitchen was the best equipped we've seen in a VRBO rental, and made for memorable dinners. Used the grill several times during our visit without problem. Everything was extremely clean, and the laundry was invaluable as we ended up sweaty and dusty every day.The master suite was wonderful, and the additional bedrooms were fine. We had just two couples, so the third bedroom was unused. We didn't park in the garage but did place some items in it from our road trip out to Utah. Wish we had brought our ebikes as that proved to be the best way to see Zion Canyon. We may revisit Zion to give the Narrows more time and if we do, we'll stay here again.

This was a great place to stay and easy to get to Zion National Park and the airport in St. George. We loved the river tubing 5 minutes away and Balcony restaurant that you can see from the house. Outstanding food and service. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Owners accommodating and prompt in answering questions.

This home is in a great location, close to Zion National Park and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the entire residence is immaculate. The view from the balcony is beautiful and very relaxing after a day of hiking or for sipping your morning coffee. It is nice and quiet at night, and we all slept very well. I highly recommend staying here for anyone.
