Excellent property!!!! Will definitely be back! The washing machine was not working properly and the host had someone out in no time to fix it! Communication was excellent and very timely! There is a bit of a hike to any restaurants, pool or beach so if that’s your thing you’ll get great exercise, there is shuttles but sometimes it can take 20-30min so plan accordingly! Also the shuttle will take you to other places outside of Conchal Reserva for a small fee. We decided to rent a golf cart that was all arranged by the concierge service and that was great to get around!

Nice sized unit for our family. Easy walk to a small pool. 10 minute drive to the large full service pool/beach. Nice view. Nice covered parking. Great communication.

The condo is beautiful and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The property and amenities were great. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip!

We enjoyed our stay with this residence. The acommodations and service provided by the owner was top notch! We arrived the first night with some minor hick ups and the owner provided a prompt response to quickly resolve the issue. The home is more beautiful then advertised. We had a wonderful time with our family and would surely consider returning next year.
