The 30 m² property features a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include a TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The chalet sits on a private 600 m² plot.
Chamonix town center is a 15-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop just 2 minutes from the chalet, operating during high season, so you can leave your car at the property. On-site parking is available.
Mountain weather can bring occasional humidity—we recommend airing out the space during the day; fresh bed linens are always provided.
Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Sheets and duvet covers are provided. Please note that towels are not included, but can be rented on request for an extra fee. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
