We loved the location , to be so close to the river was reading and serene . The kitchen was well equiped but would benefit from restocking the basics ie no regular tea bags , only 4 coffee pods .
The main issues we had with the unit was the dirty . The blinds were extremely dirty , all the exit doors had dust and dead spiders , cobwebs etc . The bathrooms were in need of a good scrub and the windows were very dirty which was a shame as you look out into a very picturesque river . On our arrival we had to dispose of 4 spiders from the lounge area which was not a great start .
I think for the money you pay per night l would expect an apartment of a higher standard of cleanliness .

The location was perfect, close to the centre of town and the beach. Fantastic view. The house was warm and welcoming when we arrived. It had everything we needed. It was not bare and clinical. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen lovely. It was a great house to spend a week in.

"All cooking appliances availabl, fully set up kitchen plus extras. 100 metres from great f&chip shop. Great for peaceful walks and privacy.
