About this house rental
Privacy assured on 86acres with open space, extra-large deck, indoor pool that opens to the outside, hot tub, sauna, 3 fire pits, swimmable pond with beach, covered bridge, movie theater, rec space with bar and 9ft pool table all while being within minutes of everything the Bethel area has to offer. This is the perfect space for large gatherings of friends and families to spread out and enjoy time together. Weddings and events are allowed. Please ask for details before booking to assure we can host your event. Prices listed are for up to 12 people. Please enter the number of guests for accurate pricing. This is to create affordable access to the property for smaller groups. If more people stay at the property than booked, the difference in cost and a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The same applies to pets brought without paying the pet fee. We are trying to be fair with pricing so we ask for the same respect in return. Thank you for understanding.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday with our kids and grandkids. What an awesome week we had. The kids spent most of their time in the pool or playing football. We were all so comfortable there. The table was big enough for all of us to eat together and we played so many games. We really loved being all together watching movies at night. The house has absolutely everything you could need for cooking and serving food. It was a perfect week.

We rented this property for a Project Graduation celebration and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 students and 4 chaperones. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy, and the house kept the kids entertained all weekend.The indoor pool was a huge hit, and the hot tub and sauna were great for relaxing. The pool table, foosball table, movie theater, and variety of games provided endless entertainment, especially during downtime. Outside, the pond, kayaking, and bonfire area gave everyone a chance to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and spend time together.The property was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a large group. Having so many activities available in one place made planning the event easy and stress-free. Our students had an unforgettable experience, and the chaperones appreciated how comfortable and accommodating the home was.We highly recommend this property for large groups, family gatherings, or special events. It exceeded our expectations and helped make our Project Graduation celebration a memorable success.

We had a great experience at this property! The kids loved the pond and the swimming pool. The house was very well stocked. I can’t think of one thing that could’ve been better.
