About this house rental
Beautiful Bungalow style house, located in Condomínio Varandas do Mar, with excellent infrastructure and private access to the beach!
The space is fully furnished! It has a living room with Smart TV, a full kitchen and 2 suites. In addition, it has a barbecue and a great balcony to relax.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
*Visitors are not permitted on the property*
*Use of the condominium's gourmet area is not permitted*
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and balcony;
Suite 2: 1 double bunk bed with single, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and balcony.
